Jim Rogers Would Shut the Fed

Breakout is the new financial program on Yahoo! Finance which officially began yesterday. Renowned investor Jim Rogers was one of the first guests, and he didn’t mince words about his feelings for Ben Bernanke and the organization he heads, the Federal Reserve.

The interview strayed into the hypothetical when host Jeff Mackie asked Rogers what he would do with America’s central bank. The answer was short: Close the Fed.

More Wagers on the Royal Wedding

William Hill is offering more bets which can be placed on Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding.

Among them are wagers on the royal car breaking down on the way to Westminster Abbey for the April 29 ceremony: 66/1.

The time Kate will arrive at the Abbey: 11.00 am and 11.03 am is the favorite timeslot.

And most ominous of all, the chance of Kate leaving William at the altar: 50/1.
