According to People magazine, Jessica Simpson has a new guy. Yes, the
Nick Lachey era may now be officially closed. The nation's premier celebrity
news source says that the singer and star of the soon-to-be released comedy
Employee of the Month was seen with her beau while on a triple date with
some of her Hollywood pals. We asked our distinguished panel for their thoughts
on this breaking story.
Dang, this is a story I would have known by now if that darn judge hadn't made
it illegal for me to wiretap a person's phone.
I am afraid I haven't gotten around to reading this week's
People magazine yet. It's buried under
my copies of the New York Review of Books and Foreign Affairs Quarterly.
Nothing like hearing about the beauties of young love to put a
little spring in my step. I think I'll kill off an endangered species to celebrate.
