Senator Joe Biden Offends Indians

Senator Joe Biden's mouth and brain decided to part company recently during a trip in New Hampshire. The 2008 presidential wannabe discussed the presence of Indians in his home state of Delaware by saying: "You cannot go into a Dunkin' Donuts or a 7-Eleven unless you have a slight Indian accent."

Biden then tried to explain himself by noting the significant contribution Indians have made in technology. However, the damage had been done. Damage Biden's spin doctor had a tough time digging the senator out of.

"The point Senator Biden was making is that there has been a vibrant Indian-American community in Delaware for decades," she said.

Biden has an extensive history of placing his foot in his mouth. During his 1988 presidential bid he used (word for word) a speech by then British Labour leader Neil Kinnock several times.

The video above was shot on June 17.
