Jessica Simpson Snubs The Republicans
Actress and singer Jessica Simpson skipped an invitation
for private face time with President George
W. Bush at a Republican fundraiser last night.
The blonde bombshell said she did not want to
politicize her favorite charity, Operation Smile,
an organization that offers free plastic surgery
to disadvantaged children with facial deformities.
We asked our panel for their thoughts.

ever passing up the opportunity
to have some private face time with me.

Thank goodness we Republicans still have
Charlton Heston to count on in the entertainment
world. He hasn't turned on us yet,
has he? And what about the Osmonds?

Hmm, I'd like to be involved with some charity as
well. Perhaps I'll start with a charity to get
intellectually challenged hotel
heiresses invited to more exclusive Hollywood parties.
